Public Offer Agreement

When holding an event, we undertake to:

  • Ensure a high level of comfort for all participants;
  • Provide all necessary equipment and resources for the event;
  • Inform participants promptly of any changes to the schedule or format, allowing sufficient time to adjust their plans;
  • Advise and support participants with any event-related queries via phone, email, social media, and other available communication channels.

Terms and Conditions for AppGala Conference Events:

  • You become a participant of the event upon payment.
  • If unforeseen circumstances on your part prevent your participation, we will refund your payment, provided you request a refund no later than 7 calendar days before the event begins.
  • Refunds will have bank, tax, and other administrative expenses deducted (typically aroun
  • d 15% of the total amount).
  • You may transfer your right to participate to another person without financial loss by notifying us via phone or email at least 96 hours before the event begins.


Personal Data:

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 of Poland, which aligns with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you confirm:

  • Your personal data is included in the AppGala Conference database, which is processed using automated systems on electronic and physical media.
  • You provide unequivocal consent for the processing of your personal data to enable AppGala Conference to fulfill its obligations as a service provider.


This consent remains valid for 20 years unless revoked earlier or upon your explicit request to destroy your personal data.

By making a payment for the AppGala Conference, you confirm that you:

  1. Have read and agreed to the terms of this offer.
  2. Understand the purpose, location, and conditions for the processing and transfer of your personal data, as well as your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


The relationship between the AppGala Conference and its participants is governed by the current legislation of Poland.
