How it was
On June 11, Warsaw became a meeting point for people building, growing and scaling mobile products.
AppGala Warsaw brought together 180+ industry professionals from 80+ mobile and gamedev companies, with more than half of the audience made up of founders and C-level leaders. It was an evening built around practical ideas, open conversations and the kind of networking that doesn’t feel like networking
What happened on stage
The programme covered some of the questions mobile teams are dealing with right now: where growth is coming from, how UA is changing, what AI is doing to product development, and how teams can move beyond simply buying more traffic.

We heard from:
Mariusz Gąsiewski — CEE Apps Lead, Google
Opening the conference with data and trends shaping gaming and non-gaming apps across the region.
Hanna Yurchuk — Senior CSM, EMEA East, AppsFlyer
Breaking down 6 Major Trends in Mobile Marketing 2026.
Alexey Bessonov — Group Director, CEE Consumer Tech / Head of EMEA Tech Apps, Meta
On what performance marketing looks like for the world’s highest-scale advertisers.
Alexander Yatsenko — Strategic Growth Advisor
Taking a practical look at UA financing, from different market models to how credit lines actually work.
Olha Khmelenko — Head of Marketing, Bolt Food
Sharing how modern marketing moves from individual channels to a connected growth system.
And then we opened up the conversation: Beyond Paid Traffic: Product-led Growth & AI
Our panel brought together:
- Nika Zdanovich — Chief Commercial Officer, Welltory
- Anastasiya Kara — Lead Product Manager, Rovio
- Summer Liu — CMO, SocialPeta
- Abdul Samad — Senior Product Manager, Microsoft
- Oksana Demidova — CMO, nove8
Together, they explored what comes after traditional paid acquisition: product-led growth, AI, retention, monetization and new ways of building sustainable growth for mobile apps.
The Best Part? The Conversations
After the sessions, the room turned into one big networking space. Food, cocktails, drinks and plenty of time to actually talk — with founders, product people, marketers, UA specialists and speakers. Networking was supported by the Pine app, making it easier for attendees to find the right people before and during the event.
Because sometimes the most useful takeaway from a conference isn’t a slide.
It’s a conversation with someone who is solving the same problem you are.

And then came the afterparty 🍸

Then VIPs and special guests headed to an exclusive afterparty hosted by Digital Eagle, Adapty and FunnelFox.
A more relaxed setting, good drinks, tasty food and conversations that continued long after the last session ended
